God knew what He was doing
when He sent a gentle breeze
and brought a lovely butterfly
to set my heart at ease.
The happiness of your friendship
and the gentleness of your words
have touched my life in special ways
and now I feel assured.
Thank you for your loyalty
and for reading everyday.
I only hope you find things
to make a happy day.

Your garden is a beautiful winter wonderland this Valentine's Day!
What a sweet blog you have..and nothing can ever lure me more than PIE! I cannot wait to see your garden in Springtime! You recently visited my blog and left a very sweet and encouraging message. I am 72 and counting. At times it sort of sets me back..and other times I am so happy with where I am. Have a wonderful Valentines Day! Love, Mona
Hi Mona, I feel the same about my age. I do love retirement. Some days are good and some not so good, but the good far out weigh the bad. It's much harder to garden...my mind wants to do all I used to do, but my body says No! You just learn to deal with it and do the best you can.

The picture shows a heart stamped out in the snow with my boots. I got my workout this morning that way.
