Snowy days have been quite boring lately, but in the woods....things are never boring.
The statues take on a new look with snow all around and on top of them. Aren't they pretty with their coat of white?
Gardeners say to leave some grasses and dried flower stalks for "winter interest" My winter interest plants are under a blanket of snow. I didn't plan on showing these statues again until warmer weather, but they seem to be the perfect winter interest feature in my garden.
Hope you enjoy them.

Your Winter interest pictures were wonderful..perfect! I imagine it can make one a bit impatient to look out and see..just snow...and then a second look..and there is beauty.
They are saying..."we are here and flowers will soon follow. We are watching over your garden, not to worry. All is well..we promise."
I wanted to wish Joe well in his doctor's visit. Howard's eye surgery went perfectly..and he is done. No more glasses. I admit he is a bit smug! :) Good luck, Joe!
Hi Balisha, Hope Joe's appt. goes well and that you have safe travel. I so enjoy seeing your statues wearing their white! GA is having rare snowfall today. The woods are so pretty if we just don't lose power!
Keep us posted.
Your statues look lovely with their layer of snow. The one reminds me of Jesus holding a sheep.
Hope all goes well with Joe's appt. and that you are soon back to your warm and loving home.
Love and hugs to you ~ FlowerLady

Snow just makes everything look interesting!
They are wonderful--the sort of black and white scene that shows winter at its best!!
I hope Joe's appointment goes well, Balisha! Your snow garden is lovely!
