May your stuffing be tasty

May your turkey plump,

May your potatoes and gravy have nary a lump.

May your yams be delicious and your pies take the prize,

and may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off your thighs!

We are going to my son Tim's house for Thanksgiving dinner. His wife Renee is a wonderful cook....so we will come home stuffed. It's the first time we have been there for Thanksgiving and Tim was a bit leary of carving the turkey. My hubby worked for the Jewel meat department for several years and is used to cutting meat....so we will be traveling with the pumpkin pie, apple pie and the carving tools.

I hope that you all have a great day tomorrow...and if you have no plans, just take the day off and do what you love to do.
