A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Bouquet of the Month... March 2011

Alas....no flowers in my yard yet. The daffodils are in bud and getting ready to pop. I am in hopes that next month I will find something to fill this vase. I took lots of pictures this morning of little shoots pushing up through the soil. They are really having a time of it with all of our cold weather. The only thing great about today is...the sun is out. See you next month..

I hope your vase gets filled next month. lol. The daffodils are in full blooms here and so are the redbuds, forsythia bushes and dogwoods. Such a pretty time of the year when they are all in bloom. I hope you are having a good weekend.

Balisha,
I'm so sorry, but I'll tell you your photo made me laugh. I needed a good laugh. I've had a terrible day. I have a boquet to post, but couldn't do it in time. Now Noelle has moved on to another post. I'll still post it, but probably my boquet, but noone will see it.
Oh well, I'm sure your Springtime flowers are just around the corner.

Hi Balisha,

You are so wonderful! Your post made me laugh. I cannot wait to see your daffodils, which are somewhat difficult to grow here in the desert :-)

when do you plant seed where you live. I have radishes, onions and lettuce in the ground.

Gosh, next month is here at the end of the week!! Wonder what will be in the vase.
I agree the cloth should be finished.
Of course me hands are not as steady as they were nor eye sight as good. Not something I would normally notice except in the effort of intricate needlework.

Balisha...your time is coming, and I cannot wait to see your flower beds. I always learn so much from you. Planted perrinials when I first moved here...and goodness, is it paying off! Each year the flowers burst forth and get more lovely with each passing year. Yours on on their way..but then you know this.
It's been cold, rainy and overcast here for days...
I go out and fiddle with things, clip here..clip there...
Is there any feeling more wonderful than working in the garden..I LOVE it!
Now I am off to catch up on posts I have missed! :)
Hugs,
Mona
