Look What Came in the Mail!

I won this beautiful calendar, in a drawing, and it came in the mail just yesterday. It is the creation of Noelle at

http://www.azplantlady.com/. It's full of beautiful images that she sees everyday in her home in Arizona. I used to think that desert gardening was just cactus, sandy soil, and rock. That is, until I visited her beautiful blog. There I found the beauty of the desert with bright, vibrant colors. I learned new flowers and ways of growing them. She started the Bouquet of the Month project. Each month we post a bouquet from our yards. Hers are always full of color. She tells stories along the way, about her delightful family and the way she is raising her children to have the joy of gardening. I just want to say that this will hang right above my computer, so that I can remember this special lady when I turn the page to a new month...many thanks, Noelle.
