this huge plant. The little geraniums have been very easy to grow. They are just now looking like geraniums. They must like the cool basement...what a shock they will have, when they are brought outside to harden off. If I like these geraniums...I will take some cuttings in the fall and grow those for the first time next year. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks??
Now this is a TOMATO....a beefsteak. Can you see them there??These teensy, tiny, seedlings may grow into huge tomato producing plants. The big producer...I once heard someone say.

Here is what it will look like when fully grown. My Dad always grew Beefsteaks, so they have been around for a long time. He loved showing off his big tomatoes. One slice would fit on a huge slice of Mom's homemade bread. We used to eat bread and tomato sandwiches...maybe with a dab of mayonnaise....fresh out of the garden and warm from the sun. Oh, gosh, I'm about to drool. I learned, late in life, to never put tomatoes in the refrigerator. They get watery and lose their flavor.
Well, now that I have everyone salivating....I have to go downstairs and do some indoor gardening. Have a great day...wherever you are.Balisha
