A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

A Felt Banner

Here is some more felt crafting that I have been doing this week. I wanted a little banner to hang on the shelf above my sink. I work there so much...and I like to change it often. It's just a couple of inches deep, but I can get so many things on there. There are a couple of special things on this banner and shelf. The 4th pink heart from the left has a small, lacy, heart made by Flower Lady...Lorraine. and the doily hanging on the shelf is from Cathy at Acorn Hollow. These tiny, little, pretty, things have found their way into many decorative spots in our home. I love little surprises like this.

How very pretty, Balisha. I am eager to get up some Valentine decorations, too.

You are on a roll this week! The little ornaments ( I saw them earlier this month but like them just as much or even more with the latest post ) and now this cute banner!

I want to do one or two of these felt ornaments sets down the line...next time I am around a Joann Fabrics I need to pick up some felt and get going with it! :)

I don't think that I showed my felt ornaments till this post.
I just posted on facebook that this weather better change or I'm going to have a house bursting with felt projects.

I may start making Christmas gifts for everyone made out of felt. Ponchos come to mind. I once knitted one for my daughter and she hated it and has never let me forget it.I knew that she would see that post...so I just wanted to scare her.

I like little surprises, too. I leave special little memories among papers and books ~ cards, bookmarks, poems ~ so I come across them unexpectedly. The findings make me smile.

Hope all is well with you. We had 8" of snow on Wednesday and the cold temperatures followed. I think we're in winter for a while longer.
