A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

A Favorite Thing....Saturday

It's time for a favorite thing on Saturday. http://mockingbirdhillcottage.com/ At first I wasn't going to post anything, but as I read some of my comments on past posts this morning, I felt that I just had to do it. I couldn't let this opportunity go by to be able to thank so many people for their constant prayers and good thoughts for my son. He passed away a week ago and if you have ever been a Mom who has lost a child...you know how very heart breaking it can be. If you haven't experienced this grief.....I know that you can imagine it. We all lose  special people in our lives...it's part of life. We just have to get through it the best we can. I'm dealing with this a day at a time. Writing is comforting for me...so is painting. I guess the creative person in me...needs that outlet in good times and bad. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me in these past weeks. Thankyou so much, Claudia, for what you wrote this morning. xoxo
Hugs, Balisha

If you find comfort in writing and painting, go at it with great gusto. I hope your heart heals a bit with each passing day.

Hello Balisha

So glad to hear that you are dealing with your loss. One day at a time. I think, I know this is a good concept. I lost a child years ago but I think of him every day of my life. It's like a part of me is missing.
Bless you! Regula

Balisha, I know your heart is broken. What a sad thing to have to deal with. Your son is at peace and no pain. Sounds like he has really been thru a lot. If we believe in God's promise...we will see our loved ones again. God bless you at this difficult time.

Balisha,

My husband and I have been praying for you and your husband Joe.
You are on our prayer chain at our church, my husband called and put you and Joe on the list of a 24 hour prayer chain. You must be a strong Christian and strong in your faith in the Lord because you are dealing with the loss better than most.
I understand about you heart breaking, but please know and I am sure you do know that he is in no more pain and he is with the Lord and also with you, Joe, his wife and his children that he loved with all of his heart because I remember reading a post that Tim your son married a women Renee and she had younger children. That is what I call a true loving man of faith. Tim married her and those were his children and always will be his children. I pray for them as well, I am sure it has been hard for the kiddo's and Renee.

Please know we here on blogland are PRAYER WARRIOR'S and you and your family are in our hearts and prayers in our home.
Big Hugs and Kisses to you and your family,
Tricia & Ken ( my husband)
