Joe was looking out the window at our hose...coming out from the sump pump. He has it timed to the second...and watches it often. A bit of worry is on his mind... I can see. While watching that he called me, "Balisha, there's a robin out there watching the hose like I am...only he's watching the water soak the ground making it easy for him to catch a worm." I guess that there are creatures on our earth who are happy today. Lots of rain makes for good worm hunting.
We've had so much rain....about 6 inches. A lot of rain for one day. We can see the river rising across the way (it will crest on Sat)....the huge cornfield is completely flooded. Joe drives twice a day to see the flooding. There are homes sitting right in the water. The lights are on in the houses....so I suppose people are in them. We are having a reprieve today...but snow is flying. What a crazy weather pattern. When will spring come? I guess you have to put everything in perspective....how can we complain with what is going on in Boston? We've been glued to the TV...watching things unfold in Boston today. I'm praying that there are no more fatalities.What a terrible thing has happened.Thinking of you bloggers in Boston today. Be safe.

Great post! Yes I agree the weather is crazy... we've had tons of snow. Guess it could be worse with all that has happened lately. We will survive!
