A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

A Quote or Two

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. Barack Obama

And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world, ask not what America will do for you, but what, together, we can do for the freedom of man. John F. Kennedy

Those were words that we all heard years ago. It still applies today. He can't do it alone...let's forget our  differences and help him.

Hi, Blogging Friend....
I agree that we should all try to work together....sadly, the last 4 years have shown otherwise.
I am heartsick this morning....and not one to hide my beliefs and opinions. I truly believe we let a mighty good man get away.
However, I will always respect the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT and pray that Pres. Obama will pull his britches up and work for the betterment of our wonderful country.
We are all entitled to our opinions and I respect your choice of our leader. :)
Have a good day...

Isn't it nice that we can agree to disagree and still enjoy each other's blogs and care about each other. Too bad the people in Washington D.C. don't have our maturity!
