A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

It's Snowing Somewhere Else Today

It's snowing somewhere else today. I got a call from my daughter, who has a lake house, in Wis. I can just picture her, sitting in this chair, looking out those windows, at the snow storm that is swirling around her home. She has been cross country skiing with her friends and said that the snow hurt her face it was coming down so hard. She said that it was beautiful. She is my little snowbird...she's always loved the cold weather. Enjoy your time there, hope you don't get snowed in...But maybe you would like that :)

Love you, Mom ((HUGS))

Oh I am so over snow!! Last week's tease of nice weather broke yesterday when it started sleeting, snowing, and raining. It's cold and blustery today- huge sheets of rain coming down. Snow is lovely to look at every now and then. After this crazy winter, I don't want to see any more of it. LOL Read that you and Joe caught your "bug" around the same time I caught mine. I started with the horrible coughing ( my version of asthma) and now it is in my head- congestion, runny nose, and sneezing. How can I have all that at the same time?! Hope you're feeling better. Can't wait for this to go away. hugs, Sue

Hi Sue...Sounds like you have the same cough that I do. Joe never did get the cough. Now, here I am, still barking like a seal. I had it all in the beginning...stuffy nose, sneezing, congestion, cough...almost more that I could take. Sleeping was not to happen.I guess the cough will leave when spring comes...LOL
Feel better soon, Balisha

Love, the windows and the view.
Just cool and woods damp in my area. Think I found someone to help me a few hours next week - if the weather will cooperate :)

I bet the view is beautiful from that room. I am like everybody so tired of snow and cold. It rained all day here today and supposed to get cold again tonight. I cooked all day!
