A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Chocolate What???

I thought that I knew my way around the kitchen...until this morning, when I read Judy's blog. She told about Chocolate Gravy. Now, I thought that I was the queen of chocolate. I love anything chocolate, but this combo...I'm not too sure of. I love chocolate and I love biscuits, but the two together...I don't know. We have kidded back and forth all day about this "southern" treat. Her little grandson Tater just loves it and wonders why they don't sell it in stores. Why don't you go to her blog and read for yourself...http://southernlady64.wordpress.com/. Maybe you will want the recipe. I swear I thought it was a joke, but now I'm finding that it is loved by so many people.Oh, how happy my kids would have been if I had fixed Chocolate Gravy for breakfast. Now, I feel that they were deprived.

Good Morning, I knew you were up to something when I saw that several people came to my blog from yours! I saw this yesterday but wanted to wait and see what kind of comments you got. lol. I guess it has been around at least 50 years according to Margie! Sooner or later you won't be able to stand it, being a chocolate person and all, you will have to try it! Guess I could seal some up in a can and send it to you but I don't know much about preservatives and you probably would not like what you saw when it got there. I ate the last of it yesterday after Tater left. Now, I am craving it this morning. That's the problem with the stuff, you want to keep on making it. I woke up this morning at 5 a.m. with tornado sirens going off. It was wild for a while. Hope you all missed the storms!

I still can't put the two together. Chocolate sauce and biscuits. I will try it though and tell you what I think. Now, if I really like it, and have to have it all the time, you're to blame, Judy :)
