A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

The Car is Filled With Christmas

My little red car is getting packed and ready to go over to the Church...to hang the wreaths. My car will smell like pine as I go across the bridge and arrive at the Church. There will be a wreath at every door. I'm so happy to be able to do this. It is just a small part of our decorating...Yesterday, I decorated the Grotto, as a surprise to Joe. I just put a pot of evergreens, cones and red ribbons there. He has teased our Priest saying, "I provided the pear trees I hope to see a Partridge in a Pear Tree at Christmas." Well, I found an all gold bird, shaped like a Partridge at a gift shop and hung it there.

It looks like you have been a busy lady. The red certainly does look like Christmas.

How neat to find a big partridge for that tree. Your husband will be surprised!

Balisha..you do tend to make wishes come true! :) What a great thing to do. I remember your lovely wreaths from last year too.
You really must tell us what happened when Joe saw the "Partridge" in the pear tree! :)
Hugs..

Thankyou all for your kind comments. Red is indeed the color of Christmas. I went over to the Church with Joe and he was surprised. The little golden bird sparkled in the sunshine. Balisha
