A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

A Surprise for Easter

Here I was this morning talking about Martha Stewart...when the doorbell rang. It was the FedEx lady.. and she had a package for us. I opened it and inside were these beautiful tulips for Joe and I...from my daughter in Washington DC. What a nice surprise.
You know how Martha always has these huge containers of flowers on her counter. She did tulips yesterday. I watched with interest as she cut each stem and put them into arrangements. I always envy her...having so many flowers on her counter. Well, LuAnn, you made your Mom feel like Martha this morning. Thankyou for making our Easter a little brighter. (HUGS)

PS: I was putting the long box in the garage and heard a thumping inside...I almost missed a box of chocolates. They are too pretty to eat. A nice treat for Easter afternoon.
