A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

As I look our my window, I see a beautiful, hazy, snowy day. There was work to be done at my Church this morning, but I have opted to stay home and leave the work to the younger people. This makes me feel guilty, but I have to just get it out of my mind. Driving is not my cup of tea... especially in the snow. So, here I stay :( I have been reading some of the blogs and catching up on what the people have been doing to pass the time until Spring pops in. I have seen all kinds of things....wood duck information, planting in mini greenhouses, new grandchildren, great finds at sales, painting bunny rabbits...etc. The last place I visited http://nancybond.wordpress.com/ has a matching game from Blotanical. It occupied my mind for a minute or two. I used to love to play this with my kids and it's a good game for us as we get older. Go over to Nancy's and give it a try.If you have spare time...go to Blotanical....there's always something fun and interesting there. I have spent time there ...reading blogs, learning, meeting new gardeners and just having fun.
I'm going to go and get busy making breakfast and getting on with the rest of the day. Enjoy the day.....I'll be reading more later!

Hi Racquel,
It can be frustrating if you don't pay attention.

Hi Britt,
Is it snowing at your place too? Your snow scenes are so pretty. I took some pictures for tomorrow..

Balisha,
We didn't get the snow this weekend and I hope you didn't get much either. I am so tired of winter... Spring just can't come too soon this year!!

I LOVE your blog. You just seem the nicest of people. The kind I wish was a neighbor. :) You are so very interesting and know so much about gardening..things that make me want to return again and again!
I don't blame you one bit for staying home. I have a feeling you have done your share of work at your church.
Much love to you...every single day!
