A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Charlie and Me

Kids are on vacation and Balisha got the job of taking care of the cat and fish. I'm going to let Charlie tell the rest of the story.

There she is my cat sitter....purrr! I like to make her feel welcome. Oh, this granite counter top is so cool on a hot day. So glad they bought it for me.
Oh, oh...here she comes...I had better get down...meow! Please fill my dish while you're at it....and I spilled my water purrr....will you mop it up? I don't know why she has such a crabby look on her face. Where's she going now?
My favorite room in the house. Since Brandon got this new fish tank for his birthday...I have some entertainment ...fish to watch. I better act cool and uninterested...she's looking at me again.
I wonder if I could jump up to the top....meow!   I'll be glad when he gets more fish...I have a new hobby. Purr!

She's out of the room...now's my chance...Hiyiah...to the top! Hmmm not quite there...I need more practice. Purr! why can't I catch these fish? They don't even look scared. Yeow! maybe that'll scare them!!! Oops...she's going to shut the door and go downstairs. Why won't she leave this door open?
Now...that's better. Here she comes to sit and watch the news. I better pay some attention to her. Purr! Little does she know that I'm going to pounce in about a minute and grab her hand....Yeow!  Gosh...she doesn't want to play, so I'll have to sit here and let her pet me for a while. Meow!

Balisha here....As I was leaving the house and shutting the door...I heard a hop back up on the counter. I'll be back in the morning, Charlie...I say as I leave.
