A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Tim and Anthony

.Here is a picture of Tim and his buddy Anthony (a grandson who Tim and Renee are raising) This was taken at Tim's sister's house in Wisconsin. He and Anthony love all kinds of unusual things that boys love...fishing, canoeing, hiking, snakes( their snake Monty Python), their dog Coco and other critters... Tim has never lost that boyish behavior that really appeals to younger kids. He is always teasing and joking.  Tim has shown Anthony how to use the snow blower, chain saw, lawn mower and they like to tinker with mechanical things. Tim has helped Anthony with his schoolwork so much.Anthony is so lucky to have Tim...a guy who really enjoys doing the things that most boys love...
I just feel so helpless this morning...I guess all we can do is trust that the Lord will take care.

I continue to pray for Tim. My daughter and her "live-in" are raising his grandson. She is as close to him as if he were her own. I think I will pray a Novena to St. Jude for Tim.

I will pray for you and your son. May God wrap his comforting arms around you and keep you both in his care.

The worst part is the waiting. It's terrible. As Mom's we feel we should be able to "fix it" like we did when they were young. That never goes away and I think we still do it when needed.
You are on my mind..and I will check in often. Take care of yourself...this is a stressful time for you.
My love, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family..
