A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Lookee...Lookee

I should have something green on my blog this morning, but these were so pretty and I'm taking them to Church in a few minutes. They are delicious. Just think of the pineapple upside down cake that your Mom or Grandma made in the old iron skillet and close your eyes...then taste. OH, MY! I got this recipe from Judy at http://thesouthernladycooks.com/. I have tried many, many of her recipes and we have loved them all. These are surprisingly simple to make.
Have a great St. Patrick's Day.

Those look delicious! Judy is such a good cook. I was wondering the other day where I started reading your blog and it had to be from her blog.

Hope you all enjoyed them a lot.

Balisha,
What is the name of the recipe? I looked at Judy's blog and couldn't find pineapple upside down cake.

Hi Amber...Go to Judy's blog and put cupcakes in her search. The post will come up first. Then click on the post and you will see the picture and recipe.
