Something about September, here anyhow. The air changes, so mellow and still (when the sun shines that is) the colour changes and the sound. Makes up for losing Summer.

Thank you for the comment on my quilt. It is the 1st one that I made...way back in 1983. The little dog is my neighbor's...she's just visiting while they are on vacation. Very nice house guest...good manners. I'm not ready for the season change...I remember too well the cold, cold winter. Balisha
