A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

The Devil Made Me Do It.

I was walking into the grocery and looking to my right... at all the pretty flowers just waiting for someone to give them a home......when she looked at me, Rose is her name. Every space in my yard is planted..."No more room," Joe says. The only plant that I still wanted was a Rainbow Knockout Rose. For you rose lovers, 'Rainbow KnockOut' is supposed to be more disease-resistant than its parent, which is no slouch, claiming full resistance to black spot, mildew and rust. Rainbow KnockOut' is even more floriferous than its parent.
'Rainbow Knock Out' has the delicate single-form blossoms of 'KnockOut', in a deep coral-pink with a yellow center. It repeat blooms throughout the season, with an especially welcome burst of color late in the season.
The bush itself is compact and dense, with short stems and glossy, dark green foliage. It's beautiful in the garden, but also a good size for containers. All it's missing is a strong fragrance. The scent is very delicate and you have to get right in there to notice it. Zone 4. I don't know why I love these simple open petaled roses. I have always loved the old fashioned roses. The simpler the better, when it comes to flowers for me. On to the story now...I passed her by and went in to do my shopping. I came out and put the groceries in the car. I was backing out and she seemed to beckon to me. Take me home.....please. I parked the car and went and picked her up...took her into the store...and paid for her. She sat on the front seat next to me. We pulled in the drive and Joe was no where to be found. I took her out and set her in the jumble of my garden. She could hideout there till I could find a spot for her. She's planted now and getting ready for the rains that are coming. A perfect time to plant a rose. I feel that I deserve it. I bought her with my own spending money.....and best of all...she was on sale.

You rationalize just like me! Of course, you deserve it. It was on sale wasn't it? You could never find it again for that price! You do have one or two bare spots around the house. A year from now it will be so appreciated and so beautiful! There. Just look at all the reasons you need that rose.Oh, one more, something that pretty just needs a good home and you will certainly give it one.

Well Balisha girl just just can find a way to get more room when it comes to flowers. You are going to love this rose because it just keeps on going. The buds are different colors and that makes it fun too.
Have a great weekend.
