A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Can Anyone Identify This Snake??

I went out to get in the car...opened the garage door and there he was. I really think that Joe is going to have to kill this one. It likes the location of the garden, porch and garage, but I do too and I'm not going to share my space with this fellow. I'm afraid that he will get in the garage and possibly get up into the car and startle one of us when we are driving. Joe is over at Church...He may have a job when he gets home.

Eww, I would have to get rid of it. I hate snakes anyway but I do want them to stay in the woods and not around the house.
Have a wonderful weekend and thank you for the Birthday wishes.

OMG. I would not have even been brave enough to take the photo that close!
Isn't that snake rather large? Must be a Boa Constrictor, I'd say.

They are harmless and eat your mice. I love snakes as long as I don't have to look at them!!!LOL Amanda used to have a 7 ft. redtailed boa...It got loose in the house once and I screamed like a little girl!!!LOL

It's not reddish, Lynn. That's not it. Not a boa, Elenka. My son just emailed and said it might be a bull or rat snake. I am going to check it out.

Eewww! You're a brave soul and I don't blame you for not wanting it in the area it seems to like. I can't even imagine one of those in the car! :)

When Joe got home, I would be long gone running on foot. Probably would have run into something by the time he got there and hurt myself or in some strange town I did not know the name of! You are a brave lady. I'm sure you can tell I am terrified of snakes.
