A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

Garden Blogger's Muse Day

Jack Frost By C.E. Pike

Look out! Look out! Jack Frost is about!

He’s after our fingers and toes;

And all through the night,

The gay little sprite Is working where nobody knows.

He’ll climb each tree, So nimble is he,

His silvery powder he’ll shake.

To windows he’ll creep And while we’re asleep

Such wonderful pictures he’ll make.

Across the grass he’ll merrily pass,

And change all its greenness to white.

Then home he will go and laugh ho, ho ho!

What fun I have had in the night.

Hi Balisha, The little guy must have been really busy last night! Everything here is covered in frost this morning. It is really beautiful and so are your photos. We have snow forcast for tomorrow afternoon. Nothing bad though. You are so talented with your poetry. I don't know how you do it. You should get it all put into a book. I think the site is Blurb.com. My son had his artwork published that way.

You always have the best banners, Balisha!
Jack Frost.... fascinating .... but wish I could witness it only from afar.

These are gorgeous photos of Jack Frost's "pictures," Balisha! Enjoyed the poem, too; I think Jack might be on his way again tonight--snow is in the forecast.

Your post today (Wednesday) reminds me of years ago when I made the spiced tea, too; I had a recipe that called it "Russian Tea."

Love your header!

I can't take credit for the pictures or the poem. I just thought they went together.
