A Sentiment

God knew what He was doing when He sent a gentle breeze and brought a lovely butterfly to set my heart at ease. The happiness of your friendship and the gentleness of your words have touched my life in special ways and now I feel assured. Thank you for your loyalty and for reading everyday. I only hope you find things to make a happy day.

I talked about the clematis that had wilted a bit on the trellis....trying to put the blame on someone. Well, I found out who the culprit was. I was investigating and found evidence of a bird nest farther into the vine. Some little bird needed a place to live. It was about 8 inches from the ground. I cut off the dead part and it is good as new.

This spring has been so cold....colder than usual. The only thing that I can say good about it is that the flowering trees have been spectacular and the blooms have lasted so long.

I got a garden catalog in the mail today...from Van Engelen inc. It hasn't warmed up in the least and here I was looking at spring bulbs. As I said yesterday....we gardeners are always looking ahead to the next season.

Oh please continue blogging. I started seven years ago. Just writing about my thoughts and the happenings in my life. I also use it as a way to profile my photography and some of my art.

When I'm not blogging, painting, making cards, reading, doing my photography, editing my photos........ I feed the birds and squirrels. They know me now and line the fence, screaming for me at supper time.
