Yesterday we celebrated grand daughter Sydney's 25th birthday. She's one of 4 grandchildren on my side of the family and such a super girl. We watched her throughout her school years, cheered her on in her school activities, and then really watched as she got her Doctor's degree in physical therapy. She's embarking on another journey now...entering a new world.....moving to Chicago, selecting her apartment, working in her chosen profession, and learning to manage in the world as an adult. She's had a taste of that, while in college. I have no doubts that this well adjusted girl will succeed in anything she tries. So, Happy Birthday Syd...We are here for you if you ever need us.We will be watching from the sidelines as you enter the game of life.
Love,
Grandma and Grandpa C.
By the way...Her Mom, Karen, made the pans of wonderful lasagna.... two different kinds, with Caesar salad, green beans, garlic bread, and her Grandma Bobbi made her favorite angel food cake with berries and whipped cream. Sydney said she was too old for candles.....????? Really? I hope to have candles on my 75th birthday next year. Balisha

I KNOW I am not the first one to comment, I never am! I'm so glad you like the log mantel. Not to worry about my claims of a haunted house...just trying to get in the mood for October.. :)
Hugs..oh..and I hope you and Joe are both doing wonderfully.
Our family is waiting ...holding our breath almost..waiting for news about my daughter.
