Working four days a week really cuts into my gardening time.

But you're right to let it go back to nature unless you could hire someone to help you with it.Margie's Musingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11206751037182686016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-89367623839601786452012-03-27T17:36:40.073-05:002012-03-27T17:36:40.073-05:00Balisha, I know how sad you must be to let your wo...Balisha, I know how sad you must be to let your woods go, but I know that day will come for all of us when we realize we just can't keep up with it all anymore. I think you've made a wise decision to focus on the garden areas around your house and let Mother Nature take over the wooded area. I'm sure the birds and other wildlife will still love it, and hopefully you can sit on your bench and enjoy them.Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01384059342847120951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-81189966414784298732012-03-27T15:24:24.555-05:002012-03-27T15:24:24.555-05:00Balisha, so much of what you post is "me"...Balisha, so much of what you post is "me". I know this feels like a loss to you--not being able to garden and work as we once did, is a huge loss. I know, I realized that 3 years ago--it has bothered me ever since, but---what can we do? We have to accept what we can and find joy in what is left. Nature is now getting it back and you will be able to enjoy the new wildlife in it's natural habitat. There is something to be said for that.Diana LaMarrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11324428666401187803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-58738856521751266372012-03-27T11:18:40.156-05:002012-03-27T11:18:40.156-05:00Good Morning Sweetie...

Sometimes we have to search our hearts and find what we really can do in a days time/a weeks time/and a months time. We aren't any of us getting any younger, and it is a lot of work to keep such a big area clipped and taken care of. I know Mother Nature will be happy to take it back and give it to the wildlife for security. You can still watch from afar and you do still have your gardens at the house.

Just keep you a path open to your bench, so you can sit, watch and listen from time to time.

Many hugs and much love, SherryCountry Wings in Phoenixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02665526569698123576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-49649035453885932562012-03-27T09:35:45.587-05:002012-03-27T09:35:45.587-05:00I am sure this was a hard decision for you to make...I am sure this was a hard decision for you to make. But a person has to do what they can. When it begins to be such a chore it is time to let it go.
