You have some very interesting though...Hello again. You have some very interesting thoughts in your post. I used to be a Senior Center Administrator. It was my job to help seniors remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible. I would whole heartedly agree that there is a huge connection between social interaction and physical well being. Senior citizens who have friends and maintain those relationships stay healthier and active much longer than those that don't.
