I just checked the temp down there...with the heating vents opened it is about 67 degrees. Not really all that cold and I have a big window with a N. exposure. I am getting ready and yesterday I cleared some plants from my shelving unit (with lights) to make room for two trays for seedlings. So now to figure out what date I will plant them.
BalishaBalishahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17298193443371503407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-21728967298058558072010-01-30T19:25:03.781-06:002010-01-30T19:25:03.781-06:00Balisha--I love Andrew Wyeth. They did well but it is amazing how tiny they are compared to cuttings or the little potted ones. Good luck with yours. I miss working in the greenhouse.MILLIEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04723716803153365613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-42375549011467382782010-01-30T17:10:51.530-06:002010-01-30T17:10:51.530-06:00How cool, temperature wise, is your cellar and how...How cool, temperature wise, is your cellar and how much light does it get?Elenkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11377371859667172825noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-77727115035221789832010-01-30T12:53:15.978-06:002010-01-30T12:53:15.978-06:00Hello Balisha,

I am looking forward to seeing yours growing from seed. Maybe I will need to try that in the future.Noelle Johnson https://www.blogger.com/profile/12198931083102476324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-39169106992960592762010-01-30T10:58:26.330-06:002010-01-30T10:58:26.330-06:00My mother always had geraniums and she always brou...My mother always had geraniums and she always brought them in for the winter. We had a little sun porch on one side of the house and she would have it full of flowers during winter. She had her windows full of african violets and they were always so pretty. I have never been able to keep them alive. We had about 4 inches of snow this morning. Some places here got 10! I keep looking at your calendar hoping for spring.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1526821574480507893.post-79198110952966925262010-01-30T10:23:06.274-06:002010-01-30T10:23:06.274-06:00Geraniums are so easy Balisha that you will not ha...Geraniums are so easy Balisha that you will not have a problem with them. I love the old fashioned flower my Grandmother always had. You can bring them indoors in the winter and take them back out when it warms up. They are a tough flower.
Have a wonderful Weekend.
LonaLonahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07060003333138052194noreply@blogger.com
