I have found that if I Drink hot water and a big chunk of lemon that helps me stay well and I also eat 2 pieces of crystallized ginger each day. I usually do this after dinner at night but I don't think it matters the time of day. A smoothie<br />that is so good. I have added a little spinach to it.<br />I eat a lot of fruit, keep apples cooked and have along with my breakfast.
